Pemi-Baker Hospice & Home Health Launches 2024 End-of-Year Giving Campaign to Support Local Patients and Community Programs.
As the holiday season approaches, Pemi-Baker Hospice & Home Health (PBH&HH), a trusted nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, is launching its 2024 End-of-Year Giving Campaign to support underinsured patients and vital community initiatives. PBH&HH depends on generous contributions from the community to bridge gaps in insurance coverage for essential services and to sustain their impactful programs that benefit residents across 32 towns in Belknap and Grafton Counties.
PBH&HH’s mission extends beyond home health & hospice services to include free, community-focused initiatives designed to improve the well-being of local residents. These programs include Ask a Pemi-Baker Nurse sessions at senior centers, Caregiver and Bereavement Support Groups, and comprehensive Hospice Volunteer Training opportunities.
Anna Swanson, Business Development Liaison at PBH&HH, highlighted the importance of the campaign: “At Pemi-Baker, we are committed to delivering compassionate care and fostering a sense of connection within our community. The End-of-Year Giving Campaign is a chance for everyone to play a part in supporting neighbors who are navigating health challenges. Your generosity makes it possible for us to continue offering high-quality care and life-enhancing programs to those who need them most.”
Community members can make a tax-deductible donation by CLICKING HERE or mailing contributions to 101 Boulder Point Drive, Suite 3, Plymouth, NH 03264.
