As the holiday season invites reflection, gratitude, and generosity, Pemi-Baker Hospice & Home Health (PBH&HH) is reaching out to the community with an urgent invitation to give before December 31.
As a trusted nonprofit 501(c)(3), PBH&HH has launched its 2025 End-of-Year Giving Campaign, encouraging neighbors to make a meaningful, tax-deductible gift that directly supports underinsured patients and vital local programs.
PBH&HH relies on community generosity to bridge critical gaps in insurance coverage, ensuring that no one must face illness, caregiving, or end-of-life care alone. Donations help sustain compassionate services and outreach programs that touch lives across 32 towns in Belknap and Grafton Counties.
Beyond home health and hospice care, PBH&HH offers free, community-focused initiatives that strengthen and support residents at every stage of life. These include Ask a Pemi-Baker Nurse sessions at senior centers, Caregiver and Bereavement Support Groups, and comprehensive Hospice Volunteer Training—all made possible through philanthropic support.
“Every gift has an immediate impact,” said Anna Swanson, Business Development Liaison at PBH&HH. “At Pemi-Baker, we believe deeply in caring for our neighbors with compassion and dignity. Our End-of-Year Giving Campaign is a chance for the community to come together and ensure that essential care and supportive programs remain available to those who need them most—right now.”
Community members are encouraged to make their tax-deductible donation before December 31 by visiting www.pbhha.org or by mailing a contribution to 101 Boulder Point Drive, Suite 3, Plymouth, NH 03264.
PBH&HH extends heartfelt thanks to all who have already given. Your generosity is a powerful reminder that, together, we can provide comfort, connection, and care during life’s most challenging moments.
This season, your gift can make a lasting difference. Give before December 31—and help build a stronger, healthier community for the year ahead.
